Me and my husband are working for our hair salon. We use a lot of towels, gowns and capes. Everyday our washer and dryer are running more than 12 hours especially weekend. We close on Sunday, that is why Saturday is most busiest one which is our washer and dryer are not enough for. So, every Sunday we go to the salon and laundry for 6-8 ours to prepare coming Monday. That makes us so tired and we have other things to do. We requested through Yelp to 5 laundry service, the owner Jesus from Local Wash Dry Fold was quickest responded and very sweet. They did pickup and drop off service on time which We wanted to. And they folded so nice. Also they send invoice to our email, and there are options to pay credit card or check which is very convenient. We asked for laundry service to them every week. I highly recommend this place for commercial laundry. So nice people.
Manu provided excellent customer service. My grandma was in desperate need of assistance & the team at local wash dry fold answered on 1st call, confirmed a pick up time & kept me updated the entire day on the status of her laundry. I asked that they send me the bill instead of my grandma & they understood & managed communication with both me & my grandma the entire day. This gave my grandma peace of mind that her clothes were taken care of while I knew her needs were being met. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful customer service & reliability they provided on what was a really tough day personally. I would highly recommend their service!
Our current machine is not capable of washing our thick king size comforter. I had considered going to a laundry mat but didn't want that to take up my time on my day off. So after searching I came upon Local Wash Dry Fold. I called to inquire about their services and price. They were able to pick up, wash, and deliver at a reasonable price that beats me having to go to a laundry mat. They provide text updates and make it such an easy experience. I will definitely continue to use them. They do a lot more then just comforters so don't hesitate to call and see if their services work for you.
I needed my clothes washed at the last minute and they pick them up the same day. Really great service and really good communication. I would recommend them.
